Step 1
Fitness consultation & evaluation
A 45 min consultation – a conversation and filling up fitness evaluation form and body assessment in order for me to gain specific detail about your current lifestyle, fitness level and body composition. With this knowledge I can design the special training program and nutrition suggestions that can be introduced to progress towards your health and fitness goals.
Step 2
Supervised Weight-Training & Build Cardiovascular Endurance.
During 1 hour training under my guidance, I will enable you to push beyond your current abilities safely and effectively. Days outside of assisted training are devoted to recovery techniques and repeating the training program and build endurance in order to optimized the body potential.
Step 3
Designing Follow-Up Training Program.
Tap into my knowledge of fitness, nutritional supplementations, post intense exercise recovery, mental preparation in order to help you to become more in tune with optimal training and aspect of health & wellness.
